CORONA VIRUS UPDATE – WHY YOU ARE SAFE WITH US
KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE AT NEWMARKET CAR CARE :
We would like to let you know what steps we are taking, effective immediately, to ensure the safety of you and the Newmarket Car Care team when we are doing business. We care about you as much as we care about our own team and we are committed to being ‘business as usual’ so we thought it best to set out some of the changes we are making to protect our people and you.WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:
STAFF INTERACTION:
We are actively practicing social distancing aiming for keeping a minimum of 2 metres space between you and our team. For the protection of our team we ask that you help us by trying to maintain that distance as well.
If you prefer, you can arrange your service over the phone, honk your horn from outside the workshop and one of our team will take your vehicle from there. Payment can be made via EFT-POS or through online banking. You can then pick up your sanitised vehicle.
ON SITE SAFETY:
All our door handles, EFT-POS machine, counter tops, bathroom and other commonly used surfaces are regularly disinfected and if you wish any surface or device specifically cleaned in front of you before you use it then please don’t hesitate to ask. Gloves and hand sanitiser are available at all times and we encourage you to use them at any time you are on site.
Our belief is that we are all in this together and we are doing everything to protect you and our team which, in effect, protects the community we are proud to be a part of.OUR IN-HOUSE CLEANING WILL BE SANITISING:
- Reception area
- Waiting room
- Eftpos machine
- Toilets
- Coffee machine
- Chairs
Effective immediately all magazines have been removed from the waiting area as it is impossible to disinfect every page that someone may have touched. If you are planning on waiting for your vehicle we suggest you bring your own reading material.
YOUR VEHICLE:
Our goal is to return any vehicle we have worked on back to you in, if possible, a more sanitised state than it arrived in. Our protocols will involve disinfecting the following parts of all client and loan vehicles:
- Keys
- Door handles
- Steering wheel
- Arm rests
- Sun visors
- All inside trim
- Boot - if applicable
- Any area that is exposed to touch.
WE CAN COME TO YOU:
If you are self-isolating or do not want to leave the house for any reason we will come to you. All communication can be by phone or email, we will pick up your car, effect the service or repair required, sanitise your vehicle and return it to you. You won’t even have to leave your home.
