Motor vehicle dealerships lead you to believe that you need to return the vehicle to a Mercedes dealership for regular maintenance and servicing, however this is not the case. When you bring your Mercedes to Newmarket Car Care for it’s logbook service, we follow the logbook if the vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, to ensure, if a warranty issue does arise, your vehicle is covered under the manufacturer warranty and can still be repaired at no cost to you by the vehicle manufacturer. We use the latest vehicle scan tools and the software is updated on a regular basis to ensure we have the best equipment available to us to enable us to ‘plug in’ and ‘talk’ to your vehicle.
If you prefer us to use genuine MERCEDES parts we source them from Mercedes, otherwise we have the option of using local aftermarket parts and can pass the savings onto you. To ensure sure your manufacturer warranty remains intact we make sure all aftermarket parts fitted are of the same or higher quality as genuine parts.
